Passivation.

Galvanised sheet if exposed to the air for a long time, the surface of the steel plate will appear white rust due to oxidation, affecting the aesthetic, so the surface needs to take the passivation treatment designed to prevent rust.

At present, the passivation treatment is mainly used chromate passivation treatment, including environmental passivation, all chromium-free passivation and fingerprint-resistant passivation.

Among them, environmentally friendly passivation is ordinary passivation, the passivation film contains trivalent chromium;
Chromium-free passivation film completely free of chromium, more environmentally friendly, corrosion resistance is also better than the environmental protection passivation film;
Fingerprint-resistant passivation is specially developed to solve the problem of rusting due to fingerprints during the assembly of home appliance panels, and the passivation film is also completely free of chromium, which meets the high standard of environmental protection requirements.
